At their checkout, Airmee appears as one of several delivery options — with a lead time, a price, and a service description. That’s where the shopper decides, and where an incorrect lead time or a missing coverage area costs us volume even when the delivery itself is flawless.</strong></span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-8d342280-7fff-e6a6-83f6-b70c2b39e541">This role owns that layer: new merchants get connected quickly, stay correctly configured, present Airmee accurately to consumers, and get a fast answer when something breaks.
