Key responsibilities: Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution and merger consequences analyses. Support the Mergers & Acquisitions team who conduct target screening, industry research, and valuation benchmarking to support pipeline development. Support the CFO in leading financial due diligence workstreams; quality of earnings review, working capital analysis, normalization adjustments and synergy quantification. Help create and monitor business performance metrics of deals, including key performance indicator tracking, profitability analysis and trend analysis. Support post-close integration tracking – synergy realization, purchase accounting and performance vs. deal thesis. Qualifications You are passionate about: Working collaboratively with others. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field required. Minimum of 4 years’ experience within public accounting and mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance or related field. Experience with financial modeling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving. Demonstrated quantitative and analytical mindset. Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities. Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented mindset. Ability to travel occasionally as needed. #LI-RS1 The typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance‑based bonus and merit increases.
