Our project is currently in the documentation and level blockout stage. - Genres: Action, Shooter - Platforms: PC, Console ##### Team size and structure? Our team consists of 5 core developers and a network of 20-30 freelance specialists supporting our projects. ##### For which tasks (responsibilities)? The Game Designer's primary responsibility will be creating and maintaining all essential game documentation, from the Game Design Document (GDD) to detailed item documentation. The project's Producer will review the documentation and provide feedback and revisions throughout development. ##### What kind of professional are we looking for? At least 2 years of professional experience in game design. Extensive gaming experience with third-person, story-driven games. ##### What is important for us in a person? Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas and give and receive constructive feedback.
