We are currently recruiting Midwives to join the maternity and women's healthcare department at a modern regional hospital in central Sweden. This is an opportunity to work in a healthcare environment where patient safety, teamwork, and professional development are highly valued. You will become part of a dedicated team providing high-quality care for women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period. About the role As a Midwife, you will work at a well-established regional hospital together with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities may include: Providing care during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period Monitoring the health and wellbeing of both mother and newborn Supporting women and families throughout the maternity journey Providing patient education and counselling Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Contributing to safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care Participating in the continuous development of maternity and women's healthcare services The department is committed to delivering high-quality care while supporting professional growth and continuous learning.
