Molding Manager

This is a hands-on leader who runs the whole molding department. Must have direct experience with plastic injection molding, including Scientific Molding, tooling, polymer selection, and machine troubleshooting (electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical). Needs 3+ years leading technical teams and 8+ years in plastics or an engineering degree. Lean Six Sigma and new product development, Quality Assurance, are key. Medical device molding, RJG Master Molder and Six Sigma certs are big pluses. Skills and Requirements – add details here
