MS Power Platform Expert

🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for MS Power Platform Expert 🔹 Location in Poland: Warsaw (preferred), eventually Gdansk Working model: Hybrid (The person need to follow the internals with office present from October 3 times a week) The Scrum Master acts as an Execution Leader responsible not only for facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching the team, but also for actively driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives from idea to implementation. The role combines Agile leadership, project execution, stakeholder management, delivery management, and AI enablement. ✔️Detailed description of work task to be carried out: Own the end-to-end overview of service architecture, workflows and integrations supporting the Self Service Portal ecosystem Analyse business needs and turn them into practical solutions Design, develop and maintain services, workflows and automations in BMC Digital Workplace (DWP), Power Apps and Power Automate Design, build and maintain API integrations between above systems Create, maintain and support databases used by the services Take ownership of databases and their data, ensuring data quality, governance and compliance standards are followed Create and maintain workflows, forms and service processes Collaborate with stakeholders, service owners and platform teams Support incident resolution, testing and continuous improvements ✔️ Must-have knowledge and experience: Experience as an Service Developer or similar role Experience with BMC Helix, Digital Workplace, or similar platforms. Experience building services, workflows and automations with Power Apps and Power Automate Proven experience designing, building, and supporting API integrations Strong experience with SQL, database design, and data modelling Experience maintaining databases and taking ownership of data related solutions Understanding of data ownership, data governance and data quality Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills ✔️ Nice-to-have knowledge and experience: Experience with Active Directory, IIQ or similar platforms Knowledge of IT Service Management processes Experience with enterprise workflow and automation platforms Contact person: katarzyna.borczyk@eworkgroup.com Client code: BN01 Do you know someone who would fit this position?
