MSP Partner Manager Nordics (f/m/x)

We are looking for an **MSP Partner Manager** to be our first on-the-ground hire in the Nordics, building out our Sales presence in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for building Eye’s Nordic **managed service provider (MSP)** partner network. You will identify, sign, and enable new partners while fostering strong, long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales and Marketing, representing Eye in the Benelux market with entrepreneurial drive. **What you will do** - Build and expand Eye’s MSP partner ecosystem in the Nordics. - Identify and onboard new partners, developing long-term relationships based on trust. - Support partners from initial discussions through contracts, onboarding, and business planning. - Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market initiatives and ensure mutual growth. - Represent Eye at partner meetings, trade fairs, and industry events. - Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align efforts and maximize impact. **What you will need** - Experience in building and expanding partnerships, either by working directly with managed service providers (MSPs), developing a partner ecosystem, or driving new business in a SaaS or software environment. - Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, hunter-oriented mindset. - Background in software or SaaS sales, cybersecurity knowledge is a plus. - Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. - Fluency in Swedish or Danish, with good command of English. - Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within the Nordics (Sweden & Denmark focus). **What we offer** - You will become part of one of the fastest growing cybersecurity scale-ups in Europe. - You will play a key role in building an innovative cybersecurity product line where we combine effective cybersecurity with cyber insurance on a global scale. - You will evolve alongside the industry - as a rapidly growing scale-up, we provide an environment where your professional development is driven by the dynamic nature of our work and the complexity of the problems we solve. - You will enjoy a flexible work setup that supports our distributed team in Europe. - An attractive remuneration package and bonus. - Car allowance and “floating holidays” for additional time off. - MacBook or Windows Laptop and iPhone or Samsung company phone. - Strong support for your personal and professional development. - Regular company-wide get-togethers, giving you the opportunity to collaborate in person and build strong team connections.
