Initiate & coordinate quality projects with OEM (e.g. 3MIS S&C reduction….) Negotiation of warranty reimbursements (e.g. commercial agreement), „service actions“ payments & recalls, support commercial handling of warranty costs Support of general / non project specific customer requirements Coordinate Global Quality team Support and coordinate of customer visit and meeting (audit) Planning & defining of launch support activities Enter generic customer requirements into Bosch Data Tool and ensure completion of requirements evaluation   必要要件 各ITツール、システムを率先して習得できる能力・意欲 英語力/日本語 社内、顧客とのコミュニケーション力 歓迎要件 品質保証関連業務の経験（市場/0km不具合対応、改善活動、品質監査等） 改善活動への参加、推進実績 顧客との交渉スキル MUST: Ability and motivation to take the initiative in learning IT tool and system English/Japanese skill Communication skills within the company and with customers Additional recommended skill Experience in Quality assurance work (Quality audit.
