We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team and support the maintenance and operation of building systems within a dynamic client environment. The Role In this role, you will contribute to day-to-day operations and service delivery within your assigned area or site. Responsibilities include: Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential issues, and carry out repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. Review assigned work orders, estimate required time and materials, and track completion using available systems. Support energy management initiatives by ensuring building systems operate efficiently. Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations and report any violations to Management. Follow established procedures to resolve routine technical issues and deliver work according to defined processes and standards. Who You Are We believe you have: High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, stooping, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset. Ability to follow established work routines and standards. Good communication skills and the ability to exchange straightforward information effectively.
