As a National Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving growth and optimizing daily sales to achieve our ambitious strategic goals. Your Responsibilities 🦷😁 - Lead sales efforts across clinics throughout the country, focusing on direct-to-consumer sales . - Train, motivate, and mentor both Sales and Medical teams in our clinics. - Collaborate with local teams to ensure smooth sales processes, execution, and conversion. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standardized procedures across all locations. - Provide ongoing training and develop educational materials for clinic staff. - Monitor sales metrics to meet quality standards. - Proactively and reactively implement contingency plans to address challenges in visit volumes. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and challenge the status quo. - Build excellent cross-functional relationships to ensure teams deliver results aligned with corporate OKRs. What We’re Looking For 🏥🤗 - 5+ years of experience in a similar role. - Proven expertise in B2C direct sales . - Strong leadership skills: demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams across a wide network of clinics. - Fluency in English .
