Someone who notices the details others miss, takes ownership naturally, and enjoys creating a workplace where people feel welcome, supported, and excited to be.</p><p>From celebrating team milestones and organising studio events to solving last-minute challenges and keeping our spaces looking their best, you'll be at the centre of what makes IOI a great place to work. I've got this."</strong></p><h4><strong>What you will do:</strong></h4><h5>Studio Experience & Facilities</h5><ul><li><p>Help create a welcoming, vibrant, and inspiring studio environment where people enjoy spending their day.</p></li><li><p>Take ownership of the spaces around you, ensuring kitchens, lounges, meeting rooms, gaming areas, and communal spaces are clean, organised, and inviting.</p></li><li><p>Proactively spot issues before they become problems and take action to resolve them.</p></li><li><p>Ensure fridges are stocked, coffee is flowing, supplies are available, and the studio feels cared for.</p></li><li><p>Support meeting preparations and help keep shared spaces looking their best throughout the day.</p></li><li><p>Be hands-on when needed. If something has spilled, needs tidying, fixing, moving, or organising, you jump in and make it happen.</p></li></ul><h4>Operations & Administration</h4><ul><li><p>Manage deliveries, supplies, merchandise, groceries, and other studio essentials.</p></li><li><p>Welcome guests and visitors and ensure everyone receives a warm IOI experience.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate practical studio activities and support colleagues with day-to-day requests.</p></li><li><p>Handle a wide variety of ad hoc tasks, large and small, that help keep the studio running smoothly.</p></li></ul><h4>Events & Culture</h4><ul><li><p>Support the planning and execution of social events, celebrations, team activities, and studio gatherings.</p></li><li><p>Help bring energy and personality to studio life through decorations, initiatives, and memorable experiences.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, suppliers, venues, and partners, so you always know who to call when something is needed quickly.</p></li><li><p>Be part of creating the moments that make IOI feel special, from milestone celebrations to spontaneous team activities.<br><em>(Occasional evening support may be needed after events.)</em></p></li></ul><h4>Who You Are</h4><p>You're the kind of person who sees something that needs doing and simply gets it done.</p><p>You don't believe in "that's not my job". When someone says, "We need this by tomorrow," your instinct is not to explain why it's difficult. It's to say: <em>"I've got this. I know exactly who to call."</em></p><p>You naturally take ownership of your surroundings. You notice the details others walk past.
