Office Manager Part-time 20% to Framna

What you will do** Your main mission is simple: make sure our office is a great place to be! Some days you'll be making sure we have everything we need, other days you'll be helping organize an event or solving an unexpected office issue. More specifically, you will be: - Making sure everyday office essentials are in place, from coffee and milk to printer supplies and other necessities. - Keeping the office welcoming, organized, and running smoothly, including taking care of plants and shared spaces. - Being the main contact person for our tenants and helping with practical questions and requests. - Coordinating with external suppliers and partners, such as cleaning services and property management. - Handling practical office administration, including access systems and coordinating checks of safety equipment. - Helping plan and organize local events, breakfasts, afterworks, and other fun activities. - Working closely with colleagues in Östersund and our Office team in other Framna studios. ## **Who you are** You don't need years of experience or an impressive CV to succeed in this role.
