We are looking for people with: Proven experience in office and travel operations, administration, travel support, and workplace services Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage office operations and travel-related tasks in parallel Good communication skills and confidence in collaborating with employees, leaders, suppliers, landlords, and central stakeholders Good financial awareness and the ability to work in a cost-conscious and efficient way Good digital skills and confidence in working with workplace systems, Microsoft 365, travel tools, and supplier platforms Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken And people who are:  Structured, service-minded, and proactive in the way they work Able to work independently, take ownership, and handle changing priorities in a calm way Practical and solution-oriented when supporting colleagues and resolving issues Comfortable supporting change and explaining new processes clearly Collaborative and clear in how they work with local and central stakeholders WHO WE ARE​ H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
