Onsite Coordinator - Ludvika

Key Responsibilities • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all service requests, enhancements, and delivery updates. • Ensure all incoming requests are logged, tracked, and managed through appropriate systems. • Maintain end-to-end visibility of the request pipeline. • SLA & Performance Management (At region level) • Vendor & Operational Management - coordinate daily activities with AMS vendors and technical teams. • Manage operational communications, reducing ad-hoc interruptions for Application managers. • Ensure effective resource allocation in collaboration with offshore/AMS teams. • Issue & Escalation Management (At region level) - act as the first level of escalation for delivery issues, delays, and quality concerns. • Drive resolution by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. • Stakeholder Coordination # **About us** We’re a global team of innovators.
