About the Role As a Partner Solutions Engineer at Qred, you’ll be the technical voice in the room when we meet our partners. You’ll work side by side with our Partnership Managers, joining meetings, demos and workshops to explain how our platform works, how partners can integrate with us, and what it will take to get them live. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of the technical side of a partnership, from the first whiteboard session to a working integration, and you’ll feed what you learn back into our product and engineering teams. Key responsibilities Join our Partnership Managers in meetings with new and existing partners, and explain clearly how our lending platform, APIs and integrations work, at whatever level of detail the audience needs. Run technical demos, discovery sessions and integration workshops, and translate partners’ business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions and architectures. Act as the trusted technical contact for partners during integration and onboarding, helping them get live quickly and with confidence. Build and maintain robust software solutions, such as integration tooling, reference implementations, sandboxes and proofs of concept, that power our automated lending platforms and make partnering with us easy. Ensure high code quality, system reliability, and optimal performance across the partner-facing parts of our microservices. Collaborate with cross-functional product, data and commercial teams to deliver user-centric financial products, and bring partner feedback back into the roadmap. Help optimize our cloud infrastructure and integration flows to support continuous deployment and scaling as our partner network grows. Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides and presentation material that partners and colleagues actually enjoy using. What we’re looking for We value a structured engineering mindset focused on driving alignment and creating predictable, scalable frameworks, both in code and in how we work with partners. You are motivated by solving technical challenges that have a clear commercial impact, avoiding over-engineering in favor of clean, maintainable code. Most of all, you genuinely enjoy the human side of engineering: explaining, listening, whiteboarding, and helping someone else understand how things fit together. You’re as comfortable in a partner meeting as you are in a pull request. Qualifications A few to several years of professional experience within software engineering, solutions engineering, sales engineering or a similar technical, customer-facing role. Experience with our primary tech stack, either Node.js, TypeScript, React, etc. We also want you to have some experience with AWS, Serverless, and Event-driven architecture. Familiarity with building and maintaining relational databases and distributed systems. Experience with APIs and system integrations, and the ability to explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences. Good experience in agentic coding practices to augment your deliveries. Strong communication skills and a natural interest in meeting people, presenting, and building relationships with partners.
