OpenText IAM/IGA Expert

We are currently looking for experienced subcontractors with strong OpenText Identity & Access Management expertise to join ongoing and upcoming client engagements. In this role, you will help organizations design, implement, and optimize modern Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, enabling secure, compliant, and efficient identity and access management processes across complex IT environments. Your responsibilities will include: • Designing and implementing OpenText IAM/IGA solutions • Developing and enhancing identity governance frameworks, access control models, and role-based access strategies • Working across IAM, IGA and related security domains • Integrating identity platforms with Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, cloud services, and business applications • Supporting identity lifecycle management, provisioning, certification, and compliance processes • Advising clients on security, governance, and regulatory requirements • Participating in architecture design, technical workshops, and client advisory initiatives We believe you have: • Several years of experience within OpenText IAM, IGA • Hands-on experience with OpenText Identity Governance & Administration solutions • Experience with NetIQ Identity Manager, Identity Governance, or related OpenText products • Strong technical skills combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset • Experience with integrations, workflows, and identity lifecycle management • Fluency in English, both written and spoken Nice to have: • Certifications within OpenText IAM/IGA, NetIQ, or related security disciplines • Background in cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, or information security • Experience working in regulated industries • Swedish or Finnish language skills • Experience with cloud identity platforms and hybrid environments • Based in EU/EEA Kontaktperson: anna-karin.falck@epicalgroup.com
