In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring a reliable, efficient, and scalable purchasing flow to support our growing operations.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>At Stegra, we are building a high-performing procurement function where speed, quality, and reliability are critical. You will help ensure that everything we buy flows seamlessly from requisition to payment, while also contributing to improving how we work.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>We are continuously working to develop and improve our processes, flows, and level of automation, with the ambition to create a lean and highly efficient setup. As we are still in a ramp-up phase, the role will include hands-on administrative and operational tasks in the day-to-day work.</span></p><p><span><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Execute the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process with accuracy and efficiency</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Manage purchasing activities including purchase requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders, and goods/service receipt handling</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Monitor pricing, manage 3-way match deviations, and support issue resolution</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Follow up on suppliers and deliveries to ensure reliable execution</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Identify opportunities to improve flow efficiency, reduce cycle times, and increase automation</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, sourcing, category management, and finance, as well as with suppliers</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Support the development of transparent and data-driven procurement processes</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Guide stakeholders in applying effective and lean procurement practices</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Work across both Direct and Indirect purchasing categories</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></p><p><span>You are structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
