Operations Associate, Courier Supply

What you'll be doing Onboard, retain, and grow a network of happy and engaged courier partners Monitor and manage daily courier supply to ensure timely delivery operations Coordinate closely with fleet companies to understand demand forecasts and adjust courier supply accordingly Track, analyze, and report on courier supply KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement Proactively share ideas and initiatives to improve operational processes and team efficiency Create and optimize scalable processes to support operational growth Collaborate cross-functionally with other operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution Support issue resolution related to courier operations and fleet performance Our humble expectations Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy working with people and building relationships A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of the bigger picture Analytical thinking and comfort working with data Experience using Google Sheets or Looker is a strong advantage Interest in using AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and workflows is considered a plus Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively Fluency in both English and Greek is required Next steps If this sounds like the right challenge, we’d love to meet you.
