Operations Quality Engineer- Robotics

Operations Quality Engineer We are looking for an experienced Operations Quality Engineer to support production quality and drive continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. The role combines quality analysis, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on improving production processes and reducing quality deviations. Key responsibilities: Monitor, analyze and report production quality KPIs. Initiate and lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement activities. Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions. Identify opportunities to reduce scrap and rework. Manage quality deviations in SAP. Support development of PFMEA and Control Plans. Perform internal quality audits. Support Production, Supplier Quality, Production Engineering and R&D. Initiate production or delivery stops when required. Participate in Andon processes and production-related projects. Support quality training and customer/product support activities. Requirements: Strong experience within production or manufacturing quality. Practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. Experience with APQP, PFMEA and Control Plans. Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage several quality issues simultaneously and collaborate across different functions.
