Organic Social Specialist, Organic Social Team

We are looking for people with…  3-5 years strong experience working with organic social media, with proven responsibility for developing and growing social channels.  Deep knowledge of social platforms, including how platform mechanics, audience behaviours and content formats influence performance.  Experience developing channel plans, content priorities and briefs based on audience insights and business needs.  Confidence working with performance data and turning insights into clear recommendations and actions.  A strong understanding of social culture, emerging behaviours, creators, trends and evolving platform features.  And people who are…  Culturally curious and genuinely engaged in social media and the conversations shaping it.  Creative in their thinking, with strong judgement around what makes content relevant and impactful.  Analytical and comfortable balancing instinct with performance insights.  Curious and experimental, with the confidence to test ideas, learn and adapt.  Collaborative communicators who can translate platform expertise into clear recommendations for creative, content and marketing partners.  Interested in fashion and how brands can participate meaningfully in social communities.  WHO WE ARE H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
