Organizational Coordinator
Your New Role
We are looking for an Organizational Coordinator to support a global creative organization and help ensure that teams and leaders operate with clarity, structure and momentum. In this role, you will combine hands-on administrative support with program and business coordination, helping turn priorities into well-organized plans and ensuring that actions and decisions are followed through.
You will coordinate projects, planning cycles, workshops, onboarding activities and recurring business processes. Your responsibilities will also include calendar and meeting management, travel and event coordination, preparing agendas and presentations, documenting decisions and maintaining trackers and shared workspaces.
A key part of the role is supporting the employee experience through initiatives that strengthen team culture, connection and collaboration. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across different locations and time zones, while also supporting purchase requests, invoices, expenses, vendors and basic budget tracking.
The role suits someone who enjoys creating structure, spotting opportunities to improve ways of working and making it easier for others to focus on their core responsibilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience in program coordination, project support, business operations or administrative support in a fast-paced organization.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
A proactive, service-minded and solution-oriented approach.
Strong judgment, discretion and attention to confidential information.
An interest in games, creative collaboration and supporting teams building experiences for a global audience.
