This role is ideal for someone with a strong Infrastructure, Cloud, or DevOps background who enjoys deploying, configuring, automating, and troubleshooting complex systems. Previous experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions is an advantage, but not a requirement.</p><p>As part of a small and highly specialized team, you will work hands-on with modern infrastructure, automation, cloud technologies, and security controls, helping protect critical systems across one of the largest banking environments in the Baltics.</p><h4>How You Will Make an Impact:</h4><ul><li><p>Design, implement, and maintain PAM infrastructure and related security controls</p></li><li><p>Develop and automate PAM deployments using modern DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and scripting practices</p></li><li><p>Drive the onboarding of applications, systems, and assets into PAM solutions, ensuring appropriate security coverage and risk mitigation</p></li><li><p>Implement and maintain technical controls that support strong privileged access governance and cybersecurity risk management</p></li><li><p>Develop monitoring, reporting, alerting, and operational controls to ensure effective PAM operations</p></li><li><p>Build and improve automated onboarding and offboarding processes for privileged accounts and systems</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities to enhance existing PAM capabilities through automation, new features, tooling, and process improvements</p></li><li><p>Contribute to PAM governance, standards, and best practices across the organization</p></li><li><p>Participate in cybersecurity incident response activities and security investigations</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, engineering, and security teams to strengthen access controls across the technology landscape</p></li></ul><h4>What Makes You a Great Fit:</h4><ul><li><p>Experience working with infrastructure platforms, cloud environments, DevOps practices, or enterprise systems administration</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern deployment practices</p></li><li><p>Experience with Linux/UNIX and Microsoft environments</p></li><li><p>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms</p></li><li><p>Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and security controls</p></li><li><p>Experience with PAM solutions, IAM technologies, or privileged access controls is considered a strong advantage</p></li><li><p>Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level</p></li></ul><h4>Additionally, It Would Be a Strong Advantage if You Have:</h4><ul><li><p>Experience with enterprise PAM platforms</p></li><li><p>Experience developing automation scripts and infrastructure automation solutions</p></li><li><p>Professional experience in cybersecurity engineering, infrastructure security, cloud security, or identity security</p></li><li><p>Relevant certifications such as PAM vendor certifications, CISSP, CISM, or similar</p></li><li><p>Experience working in highly regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or critical infrastructure</p></li><li><p>Broader knowledge of security frameworks, governance models, and cybersecurity standards<strong><br></strong></p></li></ul><h4><strong>Why You Will Love Working Here:</strong></h4><ul><li><p><strong>Gross salary.</strong> 4,190-6,690 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies </p></li><li><p><strong>Flexibility.</strong> Flexible working hours, Hybrid work, and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year)</p></li><li><p><strong>International teams.</strong> Teams that go outside Pan-Baltic borders, where people value challenging work together with good humor and having fun</p></li><li><p><strong>Culture.</strong> You’ll be joining a team where things move fast, ideas flow freely, and change is part of the everyday.
