Payroll Manager Sweden

We are looking for people with…   Extensive experience of Swedish end-to-end payroll in a large or complex organisation, including high volumes, multiple employee groups and collective agreements.  Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance, controls, reporting and the full annual payroll cycle.  Proven senior leadership experience, with the ability to set direction, build commitment and lead experienced specialists through complexity and change.  Experience of leading payroll transformation, process development, digitalisation or system-related change in a complex organisational setting.  Confidence working with payroll data, systems, integrations, troubleshooting and external providers.  Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to connect operational payroll needs with wider business priorities.  Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.  Payroll-specific certifications (e.g., CIPP, IPP, CPP, or local Swedish payroll certifications) are an advantage.   And people who are…   A confident and trustworthy leader who brings clarity, direction and momentum in a senior specialist environment.  Structured and pragmatic, able to prioritise what matters most and turn complexity into sustainable solutions.  Able to balance strategic leadership with sound operational judgement, while empowering the team and creating the conditions for others to succeed.   Curious, analytical and improvement-oriented, with the resilience to challenge established ways of working.  Motivated by strengthening a Swedish payroll operation and proud of delivering quality service in a complex environment.   WHO WE ARE   H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
