About the role As a Consultant Manager, you will be responsible for a team of consultants and specialists working across a wide range of customer engagements within engineering, digital transformation, PLM, ERP and related technology areas. You will collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure the right competencies are matched with the right opportunities. The role combines hands-on leadership with long-term organizational development. You will report directly to the Head of Business Consulting and collaborate closely with our Consultant Managers and leaders across the Nordic organization. Key responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a team of consultants and specialists. Ensure effective resource planning and consultant utilization. Build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders. Contribute to business growth in close collaboration with sales team. Drive organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives. Who we're looking for You are a people-oriented leader who genuinly enjoys working with and developing people. You create structure and clarity in changing environments, build strong relationships and communicate effectively across different stakeholder groups. You combine empathy with business acumen and are comfortable navigating both operational and strategic challenges. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take iniative and enyoy contributing to both team and organizional growth. We believe you have: At least 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably leading consultants or specialists. Experience from consulting, professional services or other project-based businesses. Strong business acumen. Experience within stakeholder management. Professional proficiency in Swedish and English. Bachelor's degree in a relevant area. It's meriting if you also have: • Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or digital transformation environments. • Experience supporting organizations through growth and change. • An international mindset gained from working in Nordic or global organizations. • A proven ability to lead transformation and change initiatives.
