Now, we are looking for a People & Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team and help us find the people who will build Quartr. With a primary focus on tech roles, you’ll own recruitment end-to-end, from identifying hiring needs to signed offer and a strong first day, while also supporting hiring across other parts of the business. What you’ll do Own the full recruitment process, from defining hiring needs with hiring managers through sourcing, selection, offer, and follow-up, both in Sweden and internationally. Lead recruitment for our engineering and data teams, building a deep understanding of the roles, the tech stack, and what great looks like. Run recruitment for roles across the rest of the business, such as sales, operations, and finance. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, using market insight and data to guide decisions on role design, candidate profiles, and timelines. Develop and improve our recruitment processes, employer brand, and sourcing strategies to attract the best talent in the market. Support our Head of People & Culture in broader HR work, primarily onboarding and offboarding, making sure the step from candidate to colleague is seamless. Who you are An experienced recruiter who knows how to find, engage, and close strong tech talent. Self-driven and pragmatic, taking full ownership of your work and getting things done in a fast-paced environment. A strong partner to managers who is comfortable challenging and advising, not only executing. Curious about the business and eager to understand how the people we hire drive our growth. Based in Stockholm with a valid work permit. Required skills Around 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record in tech recruitment. Experience owning recruitment processes end-to-end, including sourcing and closing candidates. Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. A plus, but not required Experience from a startup or scale-up environment. Experience recruiting internationally. Experience with relocation, onboarding, offboarding, or other operational HR processes. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS such as Teamtailor.
