People Technology Platform Engineer (Workday)

Qualifications: Experience with Workday Security configuration Exposure to integrations (e.g., EIB, Core Connectors) and data interfaces Experience working within global enterprise environments across multiple regions Familiarity with additional Workday modules (e.g., Absence, Compensation, Talent) Experience contributing to platform standards, governance models, or design frameworks Profile: Strong platform approach, with the ability to balance functional understanding and technical design Operates independently while aligning with team standards and architectural principles Diligent, with a focus on quality, scalability, and sustainability Practical and delivery-oriented, balancing speed with long-term maintainability Clear communicator who can bridge business and technical perspectives Comfortable working in an evolving operating model, with a willingness to take ownership and expand capability Demonstrates curiosity, continuous learning, and a proactive approach to improving both individual and team performance At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
