PLM Software Engineer

For our client Volvo Cars, we're looking for a PLM Digital: Software Engineer We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the integration platforms within PLM Digital organisation. Our mission is to enable seamless PLM flows across design, engineering, manufacturing, sales, aftermarket, and vehicle reconfiguration, supporting the complete lifecycle of Volvo Cars products. What you'll do Design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions that support end-to-end business processes. Take ownership throughout the software lifecycle, from analysis and development to testing, deployment, support, and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders across the PLM landscape. Support and enhance existing applications while driving modernization and technical improvements. Analyze business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions. Contribute to architectural discussions and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability. We are particularly looking for experience in: Kubernetes Docker Python Kafka Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (App service, functions, Mongo DB). APIs and microservices architecture Server-side application development Database technologies, preferably SQL and graph databases In addition, experience in any of the following areas will be highly valued: TypeScript React Neo4j, including GraphQL and OGM .NET Core and C# Who you are: You are a hands-on software engineer who takes ownership, enjoys teamwork, and is passionate about building reliable and scalable solutions.
