To accelerate towards our goal of becoming the pioneering force powering the energy system of tomorrow, we are now looking for a passionate and skilled Portfolio Delivery Manager to build and lead the Portfolio Delivery function within Asset Development. 👩‍💻 About The Role You will establish and lead a brand-new Portfolio Delivery function, an overarching coordination layer across Asset Development that doesn't exist today. You'll coordinate project delivery from Ready-to-Build (RtB) through to Commercial Operation Date (COD), spanning development, EPC-execution, grid, tolling and financing, working alongside existing project-level management rather than replacing it. You'll also make sure project information across the full portfolio, including pre-RtB, is structured and accessible through AI-driven agents. You'll report to the VP Asset Development. This is a unique opportunity to build a process from the ground up and shape how Flower brings its assets to life. What You’ll Do: Coordinate post-RtB project delivery across development, EPC-execution, grid, tolling/merchant and financing Ensure all projects between RtB and COD are actively managed through the function, securing the best possible asset conditions at COD Establish and maintain the processes and handoff points needed for smooth post-RtB delivery Develop internal routines and reporting cadences that give Asset Development and Flower a clear quarterly view of portfolio-level delivery progress Follow up on delivery timelines and escalate risks to schedules or cross-functional handoffs early Set up and maintain the AI-driven agents used to structure and surface project information across the portfolio, including pre-RtB Maintain a single, up-to-date, queryable source of project status for Asset Development Who You Are: Educational background: Master's degree (e.g. MSc) or equivalent in business/finance or engineering 5+ years of experience in project or portfolio management, with proven ownership of fast-moving and complex projects with multi-stakeholder deliveries Experienced from a scale-up or fast-growing organization Proven in renewable energy, infrastructure or another capital-intensive industry Knowledgeable about the commercial structures in energy asset lifecycles, from development through to commercial operations (RtB, EPC, grid, tolling/merchant, financing and operations) A clear communicator who gets to the point and can present complex portfolio scenarios in an easy-to-digest way A strong problem-solver and decision-maker who thrives working collaboratively across teams and functions Strong skills in stakeholder management, executive communication and risk mitigation Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Additional European languages (e.g. German, French, Dutch) are a plus 📍 Location Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station.
