About the Role You will take ownership of improving portfolio planning in a complex, global environment where decisions depend on reliable data, clear governance, and well-functioning tools. This role combines analysis, process improvement, and hands-on development: you will identify gaps in processes, data, and systems, turn them into practical solutions, and help drive them through to implementation readiness. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to maintain transparency across the portfolio, strengthen reporting, and support better strategic and operational decisions. If you enjoy moving between business needs and technical solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, SAP, and Excel/VBA, this role offers real influence in a data-driven setup. Job Description You will identify process gaps and bottlenecks in portfolio planning, propose improvements, and drive them from analysis to implementation readiness. You will maintain and update the integrated portfolio roadmap in line with business needs and alignment across other organizations. You will create clear portfolio, programme, project, workload, KPI, decision, and financial views to improve transparency and decision-making. You will support governance forums with data-driven insights, recommendations, and reliable status reporting. You will gather data from primary and secondary sources, structure it for analysis, and improve accuracy and consistency. You will design and develop Power BI dashboards for portfolio reporting and KPI follow-up. You will build automation workflows in Power Automate and create VBA scripts to streamline processes and improve Excel usage. You will optimize data flows between SAP, PlanView, and related portfolio systems, and help integrate new tools into the existing infrastructure with minimal disruption. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field 3–5+ years of experience in portfolio planning, project management, or strategic planning Advanced Power BI development skills Advanced Power Automate skill Deep understanding of SAP transactions and dataflows Ability to create VBA scripts to improve Excel files usage Knowledge of organizational processes, procedures, systems, tools, and existing data/information, including Waterfall, Agile, PlanView, SAP, and Early management Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting processes Deep knowledge of computer science, IT infrastructure, and systems Fluent English Ability to complete a pre-assignment drug test What We Offer Permanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
