We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society. 🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Power Platform Consultant role 🔹 Please note there is a hybrid work - 3 days per week at the office from one of the following locations: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia or Łódź. Description: Responsible for driving the adoption, enablement, standardization, and advisory services for Microsoft Copilot Studio (and Power Platform capabilities) across the organization. The role supports business and technical stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of AI agent initiatives, from ideation and solution design to implementation readiness. Expected to provide hands-on guidance through governance best practices, reusable assets and development of value-adding business solutions. This role will engage closely with business to ensure scalable, secure and maintainable solutions. Requirements: Act as a trusted advisor for business and technical stakeholders exploring Copilot Studio AI agent solutions and automation opportunities. Guide teams from idea stage to implementation-ready solution concepts. Help stakeholders understand: Solution feasibility, Dependencies, Governance considerations, Integration possibilities Promote best practices for scalable and maintainable Copilot Studio implementations. Provide practical guidance for designing and building Copilot Studio solutions and Power Platform components. Advise teams on: Connector usage, Integration patterns, Authentication and security considerations, Data source selection, Environment strategy Must have deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, with proven experience in Power Platform solution development and architecture. Fluency in English both written and spoken Nice to have: Design and maintain reusable Copilot Studio agent templates and solution accelerators. Guide users toward relevant training, learning paths, and upskilling opportunities. Coach developers, business users, and technical teams on effective use of Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities. Facilitate workshops and adoption activities.
