High degree of motivation to bring innovations to fruition in direct engagement with the customer Excellent communication and networking skills paired with high level of self-motivation and a strategic and result-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a diverse and multi-national organization by forming long-term relationships based on trust and commitment Ability to adapt in dynamic and fast paced environments.   Bachelor’s degree in engineering Deep knowledge of powertrain and thermal management technologies on system level 3-5 years of experience in an engineering, innovation or project management role with interface to external customers Languages: English.
