Presales Technical Consultant

What you will do - Join customer conversations to understand technology needs, challenges and business goals. - Support local sales teams by shaping practical, relevant HP solutions. - Present technical recommendations and product demonstrations in a clear, customer-friendly way. - Build trusted relationships with customer technical decision makers. - Support opportunities related to Advanced Compute Solutions and broader HP Personal Systems. What we are looking for - Technical background in IT, workplace technology, infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity or related areas. - Experience in technical support, solution consulting, pre-sales, IT operations or a similar customer-facing technical role. - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics simply and with outcome in mind. - Curiosity, learning mindset and confidence working with both customers and internal teams. - Relevant certifications are welcome but not required.
