key responsibilities will be:  Preparation of proposals, including pricing/budgets and timescales. Participation in client discussions and support with developing new client relationships.  Project Management and coordination of medium to large projects including multi-site projects over several geographies in support of buy-side and sell-side due diligence.  Delivery of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Limited Environmental Compliance Review(LECR) assessments for a range of sites, including more complex manufacturing facilities; including participation in management calls, interpreting available information and preparing focussed client reports.   Delivery of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) assessments of companies in support of buy-side and sell-side due diligence. This will include desk-based research (review of data rooms and publicly available information), participation in management calls, interpreting available information and preparing client focussed reports.    About you If you have relevant EHS/ESG knowledge, experience in due diligence and want to advance your career in a collaborative team, we would like to hear from you.What matters most to us:  Relevant degree/qualifications. Ideally in environmental studies/geography or similar.  Sound understanding of UK environmental regulations and an understanding of key environmental and sustainability regulations in Europe.  7 to 12 years of practical work experience in other companies where you have personally been involved in the delivery of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, LECR assessments, ideally including to ASTM standards, and ideally also ESG assessments.
