Principal - Financial Economics, Tax, and Securities (FETS)

Key Responsibilities: Lead complex client engagements involving financial economics, securities, and regulatory matters Guide project teams through analytical design, modeling, data interpretation, and client delivery Apply advanced economic frameworks to evaluate financial risk, pricing, and value across instruments and institutions Collaborate with academic experts and internal teams to craft strategy and insights that shape major legal and business outcomes Mentor rising talent while contributing to the strategic development of the FETS practice Basic Qualifications: PhD in Economics with a specialization in financial economics, or an MBA with a finance focus and extensive quantitative experience 8 + years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, or litigation contexts Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and engaging directly with clients and experts Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in capital markets, financial modeling, credit risk, and securities-related projects Experience with litigation support, regulatory reviews, or structured finance cases US Salary Range: $250,000 - $265,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package.
