What You Will Do Manage and own a fast-growing P&L. Exposure including: partner selection, delivery logistics, marketing schemes and more Partner with business, operations, and tech leaders of Rocket Now to achieve company-wide goals (with no trade-offs) Dive deep on end-to-end food delivery service and call out the variances, identify root causes and drive decision-making with business solutions Forecast, track and update analysis and modeling with millions of data points Define key KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement through predictive analysis to grasp target progress in real time and take timely actions Contribute to automatic report generation using business intelligence tools, to be utilized as part of a continuous efficiency improvement program. Improve and maintain the existing dashboards. Basic Qualifications Native level Japanese fluency Relevant experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced organization. Team management High level of process orientation and attention to detail. Experience in leading and developing new financial processes, models and tools. Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with non-finance leaders. Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly and tell the business stories. Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis Strong analytical thinking. Be able to start with problem statement, ask 5Ys and arrive at data backed solutions Establishing and managing KPIs.
