Principal Product Manager - Money Laundering Prevention

You are customer obsessed. You approach every problem from the eyes of the customer. In Anti-Money Laundering, regulators and law enforcement are our “customers”. You need to demonstrate how you apply your user research and empathy skills to build in a way that will make these customers love Wise. You have direct and extensive experience in building machine learning, LLM or other advanced algorithmic or data heavy products. Bonus points if this was in anti-money laundering, fraud, fincrime, trust and safety or related domains who deal with risk. Ideally you can go deep with algorithm design and metrics, but also have deep empathy and taste when it comes to the experience of the investigators (or data labellers) who work through the output of the algorithms. You can use different data points, both qualitative and quantitative, to identify, diagnose and prioritise problems and opportunities to solve them.  You are able to turn a vision into clear, tangible building blocks of a roadmap and have a clear definition of done.  You have extensive experience of working in a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, analysts, data scientists and researchers.  You’re hands on, and you’d do everything needed to make the team and the product successful. You get it done.  You are self driven, you deal well with ambiguity, and you can pave the way for things that have never been done before.    Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money.
