Dina arbetsuppgifter The Privacy Manager is responsible for employee data privacy and regulatory reporting in accordance with applicable Swedish privacy regulations, as well as coordinating GDPR-related matters across the employee data privacy domain within customers organization. The role ensures that HR policies, processes, systems, and people-related practices are designed and maintained in compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements. In addition, the Privacy Manager drives the continuous development of privacy capabilities and awareness within Group HR & FM, strengthening data protection governance and promoting the consistent implementation of privacy standards across the function. Required qualifications • Academic degree in Law or Compliance • Strong knowledge of GDPR, employee data privacy, and data protection requirements, with proven experience translating regulatory requirements into practical business processes and controls • Experience advising and supporting stakeholders on privacy, compliance, and regulatory matters • Experience driving cross-functional regulatory implementation initiatives across multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into policies, processes, controls, and practical business solutions • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and change implementation skills • Highly structured, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong integrity and sound judgment • Experience in working independently in a complex international environment and build effective relationships across HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business functions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline day-to-day work Preferred qualifications • Knowledge of HR regulatory requirements, including suitability assessments, fit-and-proper processes, and employment-related compliance matters • Familiarity with regulatory change management and implementation of new regulatory requirements across international organizations • Experience in working in a cross-border environment with multiple regulatory jurisdictions Värt att veta Våra förväntningar Intresserad?
