We are currently looking for Process Operators for assignments through Lernia Staffing with our client in Skellefteå. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and enjoys hands-on work involving machinery, production processes, and quality control. About the Position As a Process Operator, you will monitor and control production processes while ensuring that production meets quality standards and target output levels. You will be an important part of the team and work according to established procedures for safety, quality, and efficiency. The role may involve both independent tasks and close collaboration with colleagues in production, maintenance, and quality departments. Location: Skellefteå Employment Type: Staffing assignment through Lernia Extent: Full-time Working Hours: Shift work may be required Start Date: By agreement Examples of Responsibilities Monitor and control production processes and machinery Start, stop, and adjust machines according to instructions Perform ongoing quality inspections and visual checks Handle materials and ensure a smooth production flow Document production data, measurements, and any deviations Carry out basic troubleshooting and contact maintenance when necessary Actively contribute to workplace organization, safety, and continuous improvements About You We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and has a technical interest.
