Procurement Development Manager

About the Role As Procurement Development Manager, you will own and deliver the Procurement Development roadmap, leading a multi-year transformation agenda across our global organization. You will work closely with senior leaders and business stakeholders to establish world-class procurement practices, strengthen organizational capabilities, and ensure procurement is recognized as a strategic business partner. This is a unique opportunity to lead a global procurement transformation journey in a company that is actively contributing to the energy transition and helping build a more sustainable future. You will be responsible for driving procurement excellence across processes, governance, digitalization, capability building, ESG, and supplier management while influencing stakeholders across multiple countries, cultures, and business functions. The position can be based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Baar or Cressier depending on preferred location. Key responsibilities Standardize and continuously improve Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and governance across the organization. Design and implement best-practice procurement policies, frameworks, and playbooks that can be applied across countries, legal entities, and categories. Develop and maintain procurement tools strategy, including solutions such as eSourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, supplier portals, and analytics platforms. Establish common procurement data standards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting structures to enable global transparency and comparability. Drive change management and adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across Procurement, Finance, Operations, and the wider business. Requirements We believe you bring: Extensive experience within procurement, procurement development, organizational development, transformation, or functional excellence. Proven success leading large-scale, multi-year transformation programs across international organizations. Strong Source-to-Pay (S2P) expertise with practical experience in process design, optimization, and implementation. Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. A commercial mindset and the ability to identify opportunities that create business value. Experience from energy, oil & gas, refining, chemicals, manufacturing, infrastructure or other regulated and asset- intensive industries is highly desirable. Experience implementing or optimizing procurement technology platforms and digital procurement solutions. Fluent in English French and Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
