You act as a trusted technical expert, understanding and translating customer needs and application requirements into compliant, reliable, and value-adding solutions. You provide advanced technical guidance throughout the product lifecycle, from pre-sales support to post-sales support and continuous product improvement.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>By combining deep technical expertise with strong communication skills, you contribute directly to customer satisfaction, product quality, and Allgon’s success in the market.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>This role is based in Björbo, Dalarna, and reports to Site Manager Operations.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Analyze customer requirements to define and develop customized product solutions</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>Provide technical support to customers across pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales phases</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>Conduct product training for internal stakeholders and drive knowledge-sharing for continuous competence development across the organization</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Product, R&D, Sales, and Aftermarket to ensure market-ready solutions</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>Contribute to product development and improvements by providing customer insights and technical feedback</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span>Collaborate with R&D to develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and user manuals</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><span>Support continuous improvement initiatives within Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Efficiency</span></p></li></ul><div class="MsoNormal"><hr></div><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br>We believe you have a strong technical foundation and are a customer-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex problems.
