Product Cybersecurity Officer
The Product Cybersecurity Officer will join the Product Cybersecurity (PCS) team to backfill a team member on long-term leave and support cybersecurity activities across vehicle programs. The role combines automotive cybersecurity expertise, program/project management, and regulatory certification coordination. A significant focus will be on market-specific cybersecurity compliance activities, especially Korean CSMS certification requirements, while supporting the organization's Product Security Cybersecurity Management System (PS CSMS). Key Responsibilities Program & Cybersecurity Coordination: Lead and coordinate Product Cybersecurity deliverables across assigned vehicle programs. Ensure alignment with PS CSMS processes, governance, and business milestones. Coordinate cybersecurity activities across engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. Support planning and execution of cybersecurity milestones and deliverables. Regulatory Compliance & Certification Prepare and coordinate cybersecurity audits, assessments, certifications, self-certifications, and type approval activities. Support compliance with: - UN R155 - ISO/SAE 21434 - Korean CSMS - Euro 7 Anti-Tampering requirements - Other market-specific cybersecurity regulations Monitor regulatory changes and update related processes, templates, and policies. Supplier & Stakeholder Management Define and communicate cybersecurity requirements to suppliers. Support supplier compliance assessments. Drive follow-up actions and ensure delivery against agreed timelines. Reporting & Governance Track and report: Risks, Dependencies, Issues, Assumptions, Decisions Provide management-level status reporting and decision-making material. Maintain transparency regarding certification readiness and compliance progress. Must-Have Requirements Automotive Cybersecurity Experience: Strong experience within automotive cybersecurity (not enterprise security). Practical experience working with: UN R155, ISO/SAE 21434, Automotive CSMS frameworks Experience supporting cybersecurity audits, certifications, and compliance activities. Automotive Engineering Knowledge: Good understanding of: E/E architecture, ECUs and vehicle systems, Vehicle development programs Experience in connected vehicle environments is highly beneficial: Connectivity, Cloud/offboard security, OTA ecosystems Program / Project Management Strong project/program management background. Experience managing: Milestones, Deliverables, Time plans, Resources, Cross-functional stakeholders Ability to coordinate multiple vehicle programs simultaneously. Regulatory & Audit Experience Experience with audits, certification programs, governance frameworks, or compliance-driven projects. Ability to prepare teams and documentation for external assessments. Gemba Requirement Must have hands-on (Gemba) experience working with: UN R155, ISO/SAE 21434 Automotive cybersecurity implementation and compliance activities Location Must be able to work on-site in Gothenburg. Preferred Qualifications Korean CSMS certification experience. Experience with vehicle homologation or type approval activities. Experience coordinating cybersecurity activities with suppliers.
