As Product Development Manager, based at our Stockholm office, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our premium jersey and fleece collections. Working at the intersection of design, suppliers and production, you ensure each product meets our standards for quality, sustainability, cost and timing - bringing structure, expertise and precision to the development process. WHAT YOU WILL DO As Product Development Manager you will contribute to the development of high-end quality collections for the jersey and fleece product category. As Product Manager, you will: Lead end-to-end development of jersey and fleece collectionsDrive innovation in washes, prints, dyeing, and embellishmentsSource and develop materials aligned with design and sustainability goalsOwn fittings, ensuring quality, fit, and construction standardsManage costing, margins, and support supplier negotiationsAllocate styles to the right suppliers based on capability and costOversee timelines, sample flow, and supplier communicationMaintain accurate product data in PLM (BOMs, development details)Monitor budgets and support cost control throughout developmentBuild strong supplier partnerships, including on-site collaborationCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure aligned, on-time delivery WHO YOU ARE You have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact.
