Product Engineer (Full-Stack)

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full-stack product engineering role at an early-stage enterprise AI platform startup, where you'll own features end-to-end — from technical design through to user-facing delivery. You'll work closely with product and design leadership to shape AI-powered capabilities that drive adoption across large organizations. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build end-to-end product features spanning frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers. - Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and complete user flows. - Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather feedback and iterate on features. - Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience. - Participate in rotating Support Engineer cycles, working directly with customers and the customer support team. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2+ years of experience in software engineering. - Strong proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js. - Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS. - Demonstrated ability to deliver features end-to-end from concept to production in a full-stack environment. - Experience building AI-powered features or integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications. - Comfortable collaborating with a Chief Product Officer and cross-functional teams to influence product direction. - Experience participating in customer support rotations or engaging with customers throughout the product lifecycle. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field; strong CS fundamentals are expected. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: €66,000 – €120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany. This role requires full-time, in-person presence; fully remote arrangements are not offered.
