She says this about the current work experience as a Product Engineer: I act as an ambassador of IKEA values while cooperating during product development and improvements. My daily work is about keeping dialogue with different stakeholders with democratic design principles as a main highlight. It is about trust, cooperation, overcoming challenges together and as a result creating beautiful products for our customers. This position will be based in Kaunas, Lithuania.
