Product Lead

key responsibilities include** - Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PlentyLabs to drive both customer value and business growth. - Set up a simple, shared way of prioritizing work and planning sprints, ensuring smooth delivery, clarity, and focus across the team. - Build a regular feedback loop with creative, marketing, and users, turning insights into actionable product decisions. - Define and track key performance metrics, such as retention and content exports, to measure success and iterate continuously. - Support and guide the product designer and front-end developer with clear scope, while working closely with the CTO on technical feasibility. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to align on business direction and lead the future scaling of the product. ### **Requirements** - **Product and team leadership:** You’ve led software products, ideally creative tools or AI, and guided designers and engineers with clear scopes and constructive feedback. - **A designer’s eye:** You’re highly proficient in Figma and have a strong instinct for intuitive, high-quality user experiences. - **Sharp prioritization & Business sense:** You use data and user feedback to make hard trade-offs, build focused roadmaps, and connect product outcomes to business impact.
