You will report to the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) and play a central part in scaling our product organization and driving product performance across the company.</span></p><p><span>In this position you will focus on team development, strategic alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. The Product Management Lead is expected to ensure a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.</span></p><p><span>The role also includes active involvement in strategic planning, roadmap execution, and performance tracking.
