Product Manager
At Billogram, we believe it always pays off to treat people well. That’s why we’ve built a payment platform that covers the full lifecycle, from the first payment to full resolution. We make money when our clients’ customers pay on time, not from the friction when they don’t. Whether it’s recurring payments, consumer invoicing, or enterprise billing, the principle is the same: one platform, designed to keep payments working and relationships growing. As we continue to evolve our product organization, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Stockholm. About the role: As a Product Manager at Billogram, your mission is to deliver real value for both our customers and our business. You will lead the development of the core parts of the recipient experience, including invoice distribution, email communication, web invoice design, and smart dunning flows. In this role, you own the most critical touchpoints where our product meets the end-user. Success here requires more than just shipping features; it means understanding what our clients actually need, designing a recipient experience that makes paying effortless, agreeing on what problem we are solving, and shipping in steps, so the first version teaches us something before we build the rest. You will work closely with the engineers in your team, with UX, and with sales and customer success, who talk to our clients every week. Primary responsibilities: Optimize the End-User Experience: Drive the development of our invoice distribution, email flows, and web invoice design to ensure maximum conversion and user satisfaction. Know the Journey in Detail: Dig into where recipients drop off, which buttons go unclicked and which payments fail, turn those findings into prioritised bets, and help us build a stronger A/B testing practice as we grow it. Bring Stakeholders with you: Lead your team through product discovery, turn client requirements into a shared understanding of the problem, agree on what we ship first and what waits, and stay hands-on when something breaks. Business Impact: Understand how your part of the product contributes to Billogram's revenue, sit in on client and sales conversations to hear what they need first hand and use that to prioritize the most valuable initiatives. AI Integration: Use AI in your daily work to automate research and prototyping, while continuously refining your expertise to ensure Billogram remains at the forefront of AI-driven product management. What we are looking for: You know the difference between a decision you can reverse and one you cannot, and you set your speed accordingly. You have a natural urge to get to the bottom of things, and you use data rather than opinion to decide what matters. Success, for you, is what changed for our business, our clients and their customers, not how many features you shipped. You take full ownership of your area and stay proactive even when responsibility is unclear. You are bold rather than cautious, but you think two steps ahead about what your decision means for the teams around you. You can make the case for not building something and have senior people leave the room agreeing with you. You are as comfortable talking technical logic with your engineers as commercial value in a client meeting. Skills & traits which will help you succeed in this role: Product Management Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of documented experience in leading both discovery and delivery processes with a focus on creating measurable value. Experience From a High-Stakes Product: You have worked somewhere a mistake costs something real, with many stakeholders and little room for guessing. Payments, regulated industries or enterprise B2B are all good preparation, but the mindset matters more than the domain. Cross-functional Collaboration: A proven ability to build bridges between engineering, design, and commercial teams to foster alignment and deliver high-value outcomes. Data-driven Mindset: Experience using both customer insights and funnel data to decide what to build, and to tell afterwards whether it worked. Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Fluency in Swedish is a plus. Relevant Background: Experience from a fast-growing start-up or scale-up environment, FinTech or regulated businesses is highly beneficial. Why work with us? At Billogram we promise you an exciting journey as we break into new markets and grow at a rapid pace. That aside you will get lots of freedom and opportunity to develop together with great colleagues at our office, right in the center of Stockholm. We also offer flexible working hours, exciting challenges and a whole lot of laughs. We're committed to your long-term development, offering clear career progression paths. You'll also enjoy a fantastic benefits package, including 30 (+2) days of holiday, an occupational pension, a generous wellness allowance, sick leave top-up, and parental leave compensation. At Billogram, our inclusive and diverse culture ensures that everyone can enjoy a fulfilling career and a great work-life balance.
