Key Responsibilities - **Product Strategy & Roadmap:** Direct the product vision, delivery execution roadmap, and backlog prioritization. - **Driver Tools:** Own the company-wide suite of driver applications and field tools. - **Performance & Incentives:** Build driver performance frameworks and advise on courier compensation models. - **Driver Lifecycle:** Steer onboarding and ongoing career development pathways for drivers. - **Operational Excellence:** Boost cost efficiency, delivery quality, and scalability across all active markets. - **Data & Insights:** Establish, monitor, and optimize routing metrics, dashboards, and operational benchmarks. - **Customer Touchpoints:** Define standards for driver-to-consumer interactions. - **Tech & Ops Bridge:** Align central engineering teams with local market operations to secure adoption and business value. - **Hardware Specs:** Identify and scope hardware needs for last-mile fleets. ##### Your Future Team You will join a centralized **Group Operations** unit collaborating with market leads, routing specialists, and engineers.
