Product Management plays a central role in that mission by translating customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities into competitive product offerings that create value for customers and drive profitable growth. As part of the EMEA Product Management and R&D organization, close collaboration happens across Sales, Production, Marketing, Sourcing, Commercial Excellence, and global product functions. It’s a highly international environment where expertise, teamwork, and a shared ambition to improve continuously drive success. About the job As Product Manager EMEA, responsibility covers both the strategic and operational management of the portfolio across the EMEA region. The portfolio includes adjacent product categories. The role shapes the future offering by continuously evaluating the portfolio, identifying market opportunities, and driving product development initiatives that strengthen Troax’s customer value proposition. The product area represents a significant share of the company's business and plays a key role in Troax's continued development and profitability. The position offers a balanced mix of strategic and operational responsibilities. Long-term portfolio planning, roadmap development, and future product initiatives are combined with pricing, commercial analysis, market intelligence, and daily support to the business. It is a broad commercial role with a strong influence on both product direction and business performance. Key responsibilities include: Managing and developing the EMEA product portfolio. Driving the product roadmap and future product development initiatives. Defining pricing strategies and supporting commercial growth through data-driven decision-making. Conducting financial, market, competitor, and customer analyses to identify opportunities and support business decisions. A high degree of ownership comes with the role. Day-to-day portfolio decisions, pricing activities, and business analyses are managed independently, while larger product and portfolio decisions are aligned through the wider product management organization. Success depends on the ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and drive progress in a matrix environment without formal people management responsibility. Based in Jönköping or Hillerstorp, Värnamo, this role offers the opportunity to work at the center of Troax’s EMEA Product Management organization while collaborating with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders across Europe. The role includes regular international interaction throughout the EMEA region and travel for customer visits, trade fairs, training sessions, and sales conferences. The position reports to the Product Management & R&D Director EMEA. Profile A relevant academic background in Engineering or Business provides a solid foundation for the role. Experience from product management, category management, business development, product marketing, strategic pricing, or a similar commercially oriented position is highly relevant. Experience from manufacturing, warehousing, material handling, intralogistics, or other industrial B2B environments is advantageous. Strong analytical capability and business understanding are important, together with the ability to translate market insights into profitable business decisions. Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively across functions, cultures, and organizational levels are essential. Commercial curiosity, ownership, and energy create success in this role. Building trust across functions comes naturally, and complex discussions are navigated with confidence, clarity, and respect. Strong stakeholder management skills help drive decisions and create momentum even without formal authority.
