Product Manager - Insights
We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!
As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.
The Role
As a Product Manager (Insights) at Arrive, your mission is to drive continuous product discovery and delivery to understand and solve critical user problems. You will ensure that every solution we build is valuable (solving real needs so customers actively choose and buy it), usable (intuitive and easy to navigate), feasible (deliverable within our technical capabilities and timeline), and viable (aligned with the strategic and commercial dimensions of our business).
In this role, you will lead your cross-functional product team toward its mission and the overarching product vision through a clear, pragmatic product strategy. Acting as the critical bridge between customer pain points and business goals, you will define and scale impactful data products from initial concept through to full maturity.
Specifically, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Arrive Insights—our strategic, early-stage data intelligence product with a global reach. Arrive Insights is our data intelligence product for the parking industry, giving operators and municipalities the occupancy, utilization, and demand analytics they need to make confident pricing, planning, and policy decisions.
What You’ll Do
1. Product Strategy & Discovery
- End-to-End Ownership: Own the entire product lifecycle from inception to growth, optimization, and eventual sunsetting when necessary.
- Domain Expertise: Develop deep product domain expertise to serve as the go-to authority and the product’s #1 evangelist across the company.
- Continuous Discovery: Lead customer research, gather user feedback, analyze bug reports, and synthesize market insights to uncover unmet needs.
- Lean Mindset: Apply an MVP / MLP (Minimum Lovable Product) approach to validate hypotheses quickly and determine launch readiness for scale.
2. Agile Execution & Delivery
- Product Ownership: Act as the Product Owner within cross-functional agile teams.
- Backlog & Roadmap Management: Prioritize and maintain a clear product backlog and strategic roadmap that balances functional enhancements with technical stability, security, and scalability.
- Team Shielding: Protect the team’s focus from ad-hoc disturbances, maintaining crystal-clear priorities and sprint goals.
- Planning & Cadence: Represent the product domain during quarterly planning cycles and align delivery milestones with company goals.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Go-to-Market (GTM)
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with other PMs, Product Analysts, Engineering, Operations, and commercial teams.
- Expectation Management: Maintain clear, proactive communication with leadership and external stakeholders regarding roadmap progress and trade-offs.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Plan and coordinate launch strategies, rollout plans, and feature enablement alongside commercial and client-facing teams.
4. Metrics, Impact & Team Culture
- Data-Driven Outcomes: Establish and monitor KPIs and success metrics for core products and newly deployed features to evaluate impact.
- Team Empowerment: Foster autonomy and inspire team members to take true ownership of the problems they solve.
- Knowledge Sharing: Actively share competitive landscape insights and industry developments to build a continuous learning environment.
- Culture of Growth: Celebrate wins and promote a healthy, blameless culture of learning from mistakes together.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Senior Product Experience: Proven track record in a Senior Product Manager role owning complex products end-to-end.
- Data Products Expertise: Hands-on experience conceptualizing, building, and scaling data-driven products, analytics, or platform features.
- B2B / B2G Focus: Demonstrated success navigating and delivering software solutions for enterprise clients (B2B) or public sector / municipal partners (B2G).
- Early-Stage & Zero-to-One Experience: Proven ability to build from scratch, navigate ambiguity, and define early product roadmaps in fast-moving environments.
- Location: Based in or able to commute to our Stockholm office.
